All purchases of memberships, classes, events, or products are subject to the pricing and payment terms displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made.
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ora Fitness or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with site operations, transmitting harmful content, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ora Fitness and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve (12) months.
